At That Pink Shack we are committed to making the delivery of your online parcels as easy as possible....
All orders are dispatched from the Mornington Peninsula, via Australia Post and every care is taken to ensure your order arrives safely and swiftly. We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 - 2 weeks and will notify you once your parcel has been shipped.

Orders are shipped to the address listed on your receipt. Please ensure your address is up to date as we are unable to refund or reship items if an order is sent to an incorrect address.
Please allow 4-10 business days Australia wide for capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas; and 10 -14 business days for regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Delivery time frames are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. Please ensure you place your order with enough time to receive it by the date required especially during holiday seasons. We do not issue refunds or accept returns because a package does not arrive on time.

Postage costs will be shown at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

I offer free delivery for most postcodes on the Mornington Peninsula.
Choose the 'free local delivery' option at checkout.
If you're local and I have by chance missed your postcode send me a message and I'll let you know if you're in the free delivery zone.

All orders over $180 have free shipping.
For orders under $180 shipping is calculated at checkout.

International Shipping Rates
Currently I don't ship internationally however if you would like to  purchase any matted prints (I will not ship framed prints) please send me a message via the contact page, and I would be happy to send you a shipping estimate.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase!
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange. Please note we do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.
